Our Apalatchi instructors are skilled, energetic leaders with experience in the outdoors and in the classroom. All of our instructors have training in First Aid and CPR, as well as Leave No Trace Principles and potable water safety. They bring to the trail a broad range of backcountry travel and life experiences; they are experienced hikers and travelers who understand and follow safety protocols, enjoy exploring wilderness areas, appreciate the opportunity to share their love of the outdoors with others, and know how to cook amazingly delicious and nutritious food while on the trail. They are excited to share Apalatchi’s mission by providing a fun and educational trail experience for all participants.
